1. Subscription Plans
Kanvsl offers subscription-based AI analytics services that are billed either monthly or annually.
- 1.1. Monthly Plans: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.
- 1.2. Annual Plans: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. After the first 14 days, refunds are provided on a prorated basis, less a 20% administrative fee.
- 1.3. Free Trial Conversion: If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription, the refund policy starts from the date of the paid subscription activation.
2. AI Data Integration and Analysis Services
For custom AI model development, data integration, or implementation services:
- 2.1. Initial Setup Fee: The initial setup fee or onboarding charge is non-refundable once the integration process has begun.
- 2.2. Custom AI Model Development: Custom AI model development requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
- 2.3. Integration Services: The remaining balance for integration services is non-refundable once the agreed-upon deliverables have been provided.
- 2.4. Performance Guarantees: If Kanvsl fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the contract, you may be eligible for a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. Data Processing and Storage
For data processing and storage services:
- 3.1. Unused Credits: Data processing credits are non-refundable, but remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- 3.2. Storage Fees: Data storage fees are prorated and refundable for unused periods if account termination is requested.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- 4.1. Submit your refund request by email to billing@kanvsl.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- 4.2. Include your account details, purchase information, and reason for requesting a refund.
- 4.3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.

5. Exceptions and Limitations
Kanvsl reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

- 5.2. Suspected fraudulent activity.
- 5.3. Abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated subscriptions and cancellations).
- 5.4. Requests that fall outside the timeframes specified in this policy.
- 5.5. If you have consumed a significant portion of your plan's resources or limits.
- 5.6. Data that has already been processed through our AI analytics systems.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
If Kanvsl fails to meet our Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments:
- 6.1. You may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.
- 6.2. SLA credits are applied toward future service periods and are not provided as monetary refunds.
- 6.3. SLA credits must be claimed within 30 days of the incident.
7. AI Model Performance
Regarding AI model performance:
- 7.1. While we strive for accurate and insightful AI analytics, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results from using our service.
- 7.2. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated insights or recommendations.
- 7.3. We continuously improve our AI models and welcome feedback to enhance performance.
8. Changes to This Policy
Kanvsl reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
